  • Lead Preschool Teacher (City Center)

    Looking for an enthusiastic and caring teacher for our PRESCHOOL classroom to create and maintain a safe, interactive and engaging learning environment.

    MUST HAVE 2500 hours of working/volunteering with children or 15 credits in Human Services Related Field plus 1250 hours of working/volunteering with children.

    Full time position eligible for benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Flex Spending Account and Life insurance after 60 days; Sick time after 90 days, 5 days (40hrs) of vacation after 6 months, and Holiday pay. Also, after one year we offer another 5 days (40hrs) of vacation; a retirement (401k) plan which the company contributes 5% and will match up to 3% dollar for dollar.

  • Childcare Director Assistant (John Horan)

    Early Connections is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, organized and passionate Assistant Director/Preschool Teacher for our John Horan Center.

    The Assistant Director is primarily responsible for day to day center management. Duties include but are not limited to staffing, overseeing curriculum, promotion of the center, communication with staff and clients, overseeing assessments, invoicing, Child and Adult Care Food Program administration, and knowledge/maintenance of Keystone STARS and DHS.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum 30 credits in Early Childhood Education, ECE degree preferred (related fields such as Psychology, Social Work, or Human Development may be considered).
